The final bill can be settled either on the evening before departure or on the day of departure from 8:00 a.m. We kindly inform you that we accept the following payment methods: cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards (card payments available from € 100). Of course, you can also pay the invoice amount in advance via bank transfer.

In our à la carte restaurant, we serve delicious international and regional dishes six days a week. Closed on Wednesdays.

Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at reception for the duration of your stay.

Fresh bread rolls for a delightful breakfast in the comfort of your apartment can be ordered until 5:00 p.m. the day before using the order form in your room folder or directly at reception.

Just a few metres from Alpinjuwel, you'll find the stop for the local bus, ski bus, hiking bus, and Nightliner.

Our rooms and apartments are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 10:00 a.m. An early check-in is available subject to availability – please arrange this in advance.

A flat fee is charged for the final cleaning of the apartments. The exact amount can be found in our price lists.

Our breakfast buffet is served daily from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. For bookings without breakfast, you can add it for € 18 per person by 5:00 p.m. on the previous day.

Pets are allowed in selected apartments upon request.

Our hotel bar is open daily until 11:00 p.m. Closed on Wednesdays.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property. Simply select the "Alpinjuwel" network, accept the terms & conditions, and you're online.

The local tourist tax in the Zillertal Arena is € 2.60 per person per day (applicable from 15 years of age).

We kindly ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted in our rooms and apartments. Ashtrays are, of course, provided on the terraces and balconies.

Free parking is available directly in front of the property (1 space for double rooms and small apartments, 2 spaces for larger apartments).

All quoted prices are in euros (€) per room or apartment per day, excluding the local tourist tax. VAT is already included.

Our relaxing wellness area is open in winter from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and by appointment. In summer, we are happy to switch on the sauna upon request.

The nearest ski bus stop for the Zillertal Arena is located right opposite our hotel.

Our ski room is equipped with a ski boot dryer to ensure your winter sports gear is ready for the next day on the slopes in the Zillertal.

In the event of a cancellation, the terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

Our housekeeping team ensures daily cleanliness in all rooms. Should you require additional towels or have any other requests, please contact our reception directly.
